Find out how to resolve persistent pain through simple movements - Nov. 19

Learn how simple, natural movements can help resolve persistent, non-pathological pain in a “Know Pain and Know Gain” session from 7-8:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 19 at the Baptist East/Milestone Wellness Center, 750 Cypress Station Drive near Mall St. Matthews.

Participants will learn about the pain experience, the three stages of recovery, the characteristics of corrective movement and essential strategies to help address persistent pain.

Oasis Spa Therapist Chance Mobley, who practices the Rolf Method of Structural Integration, will teach the session. The Rolf Method is a holistic system of manual care and movement education.

The cost is $10 for Wellness Center members; $15 for non-members. Seating is limited.
