The question reads “Would you recommend this hospital to your friends and family?"

The possible answers are “Definitely No,” “Probably No,” “Probably Yes” and “Definitely Yes.” The score is defined as the percent of patients who answer “Definitely Yes.”

In the graph below, 73% of all patients surveyed in Quarter 4 answered “Definitely Yes".
